Welcome to A Plus Care

Care that starts with listening

From the first conversation, we work to understand what a good life looks like for you — then build the supports around it. Our team provides a wide range of personalised A+ support for you and your loved ones, aligned with what matters most: creating opportunity and promoting independence in our community.

We know the NDIS can feel confusing. Many of our staff have personal experience with disability in their own families — so we walk alongside you through the whole journey, and your feedback shapes the support you receive.

  • Personalised supports built around your goals
  • Qualified, screened and genuinely invested staff
  • Your choice and control, always
