Alongside you, our support workers will develop support plans that coincide with your individual needs. They are a vital part of the support we give and as such will assist you each step of the way.

Whether you need assistance with maintaining yourself, your household or other tasks, our team is here to help. We can assist with things like meal prep, yard tasks, self-care, general household maintenance and more. Throughout this service, we guarantee that your choice and control is constantly maintained.

Although we service assistance with daily tasks, A Plus Care staff also understand the importance of building your own individual capabilities for a sense of achievement and independence. SDA (specialist disability accommodation) is suitable for both long and short term (RESPITE CARE) residents. We provide safe environments where each individual’s privacy is a priority as well as their comfort.
