From the first conversation, we work to understand what a good life looks like for you — then build the supports around it. Our team provides a wide range of personalised A+ support for you and your loved ones, aligned with what matters most: creating opportunity and promoting independence in our community.

We know the NDIS can feel confusing. Many of our staff have personal experience with disability in their own families — so we walk alongside you through the whole journey, and your feedback shapes the support you receive.

With personal experience in the NDIS community and a director with a background in the building industry, A Plus Care brings a refreshing, practical approach to the services participants need.

Our core staff understand first-hand how confusing the process can be. That is why our team is not only trained and qualified — they are invested in working with you through the whole journey.

Accommodation

A break that builds independence

Our respite homes are fully furnished, comfortable and safe — three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a real break.

Participants grow in self-sufficiency and confidence, and carers get time to rest and recharge.
