Positions we're looking for

Open roles

Support Worker

Turkish speaking · AM & PM shifts

The role

You work alongside participants in their community and in our group homes. Shifts are AM and PM. You are not doing it alone.

  • Community access, appointments and getting out of the house
  • Personal care, as the person wants it done
  • Medication support, as agreed in the plan
  • Domestic duties and help around the home
  • Skill-building in daily routines
  • Accurate shift reports, incident reports and progress notes
  • Working as part of a close team, handing over clearly

Minimum requirements

  • First Aid certificate
  • CPR certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Current police check (or willing to obtain)
  • ABN and bank details
  • Any relevant qualification

We also like

  • Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi or Vietnamese
  • A current Victorian driver's licence
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Disability
  • Experience in group homes or community access

Support Coordinator

Turkish speaking

The role

You put NDIS plans into action with the participant, not around them. You are the person they call when something stalls.

  • Explain the plan in plain language, including what funding can and cannot cover
  • Connect participants with support workers and community services
  • Watch hours and funding so the plan lasts the year
  • Prep for plan reviews, with the person's goals as the brief
  • Work alongside plan managers — we do not replace them
  • Refer partner cleaners, gardeners and allied health when it fits
  • Keep notes a family, a worker and a plan manager can actually use

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent
  • A degree in Psychology, Disability Studies, Education or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Current Victorian driver's licence
  • Able to use the software this role needs
  • Proven ability to work under broad direction
  • Well-developed analytical, research and conceptual skills

Knowledge & experience

  • Experience developing individual program plans
  • Clear understanding of goal and objective setting for identified client needs
  • Experience identifying, developing and evaluating communication matters
  • Experience communicating with people with intellectual disability
  • Comfortable working alongside plan managers, and referring to partner cleaners, gardeners and allied health

Cleaner

Partner role · own vehicle and equipment

The role

Cleaners help our participants with general household cleaning. You work in people's homes, to their standard, with your own gear.

  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting and cobwebs
  • Bathroom: mirrors, shower screens, baths, toilet, basins
  • Kitchen: dishes, microwave, refrigerator, sink, emptying bins
  • Window sills, skirting boards and high-touch areas

You must have

  • Your own vehicle
  • Your own cleaning equipment
  • Police check (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
  • ABN and bank details

Partners we refer, and professionals we work alongside

We are registered for therapeutic supports (NDIS 4-4L2I-1022). Cleaning and gardening are partner referrals. Coordinators introduce you when it fits the plan. If that's your work, we want to hear from you.

Allied health professionals

Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists and other allied health who already work with participants we support. We can offer that pathway: your clinical work, our coordination, one conversation for the family.

Household cleaning we refer, not deliver as a registered support. Own vehicle, own equipment, police check. Details are in the cleaner role above.
