Talk through your plan
We look at what you want to achieve, what your NDIS plan already covers, and where A Plus Care can help. If you already have a plan manager, we work alongside them. We do not replace them, and we do not claim to offer plan management as our own registered service.
Match the right supports
Support work, support coordination, daily tasks, transport, life skills, group activities or respite — only what you actually need. We can also offer allied health professionals, cleaners and gardeners who work with us. Those are referrals through your coordinator, not a registration we claim.
Start, then keep adjusting
Supports are written with you, not for you. As goals change, so does the help. You stay in choice and control the whole way. What we deliver is billed at the current NDIS Price Guide. Partner rates are explained before anything is booked.
