What we collect
When you call, email, apply for a role, or send a message through this site, we may collect your name, phone number, email, suburb, language preference, and whatever you choose to tell us about your NDIS plan or the support you are looking for. Job applicants also send resumes, availability and certificates.
We do not ask this website to collect more than we need to reply to you. We do not sell contact lists.
How we use it
- To return your call or email
- To understand whether we can provide the support you asked about
- To process job and partner expressions of interest
- To meet our legal duties as an NDIS provider, once you become a participant we support
Who we share it with
We share information only when we must or when you ask us to — for example your plan manager, the NDIA, or a partner we refer you to, with your agreement. Hosting and email systems store messages so we can do the work. We do not use your enquiry to run ads.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email info@apcvic.com.au or call 03 7065 1090. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
