Support for daily life, and the goals beyond it

Every support starts with what you want to achieve. Here's how we can help.

Service 01

Support Coordination

Our qualified, experienced coordinators work one-on-one with you to put your plan into action. They explain what you're eligible for, how long supports can last, and who in the community actually fits.

Already have a plan manager? We work alongside them. We do not replace them, and we do not claim plan management as our own registered service.

  • Read the plan with you, in plain language
  • Connect you with support workers and community services
  • Keep an eye on hours and funding so the plan lasts
  • Prep for plan reviews, with your goals as the brief
  • Work with your plan manager if you have one
  • Refer partner cleaners, gardeners and allied health
  • Stay the person you call when something stalls

Service 02

Support Work

Our support workers sit beside you through the day, in your home, in the community and in our group homes. Plans are written with you, not for you, and they change when your goals change.

AM and PM shifts. Turkish-speaking workers on the team. Notes are written every shift so the next person, and your coordinator, know what actually happened.

  • Community access, appointments and getting out
  • Personal care, as you want it done
  • Medication support, as agreed in the plan
  • Domestic duties and help around the home
  • Skill-building in the small things that add up
  • Support in group homes as well as in your own place
  • Shift reports, incident reports and progress notes

Service 03

Assistance with Daily Tasks

A hand with maintaining yourself, your household or other tasks — meal preparation, yard tasks, self-care, general household maintenance and more.

Whatever the task, your choice and control is constantly maintained. You decide what help looks like, and how it's delivered.

Our partners

More than us — the people we work with

We are a registered NDIS provider (4-433C-1647), including therapeutic supports. Cleaning and gardening are people we partner with and refer. Your coordinator makes the introduction when it fits the plan.

Allied health professionals

Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology and related allied health who already work with people we support. Clinical work sits with them. Coordination sits with us. One conversation for you.

Cleaners

Household cleaning we refer: vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen, high-touch surfaces. Partners bring their own vehicle and equipment. You keep the say on how the home is left.

Gardeners

Partner gardeners who keep yards and outdoor spaces tidy, safe and usable — referred the same way as cleaners, through your coordinator.

Intake and rates

New participants start with a first call. We do not start supports until the plan, the paperwork and the right worker line up. Supports we deliver are billed against the current NDIS Price Guide for that item. Partner allied health, cleaning and gardening set their own rates — we tell you before anything is booked.
